Cute toy, but loses Bluetooth connection randomly and doesn't reconnect on its own, disabling the emergency call function, which is why I bought the watch.. so.. kind of pointless. As a diabetic wearing a CGM and daily blood tests, I can tell you the glucose function is not accurate at all. not delayed, not close, and ibtried calibrating 10 different ways. It just doesn't work.

I am having trouble with Bluetooth connection between phone app and watch. Can you give me help? By the way, I am a 71 year old who had cataract surgery less than 6 weeks ago and have not received my new prescription glasses as of yet. Thank you.

I have no idea why I can't install your app that works with my new watch. But, without this app my watch become useless. I have tried several times to down load your app. Unfortunately it just says " your app will be downloaded soon? I have been waiting several days. How much longer do I have to wait? I have dropped my review down to one star because it said it would do. It is very frustrating not being able to use my new health watch because your program will not download into my phone
